About Us

My husband Rod and I were wedding photographers for many years, we’ve traveled all around British Columbia and Ontario in Canada, many places in the states, and all over the United Kingdom. I like wedding photography because it is a happy job. We spent our working days taking pictures of many people’s happiest day of their lives. This might be the reason why Rod and I got along so well and never argued; we were happy with our jobs, and happy with our home life. We honestly just had a really good life, and I feel beyond lucky to be able to say that.

I was born in 1973, and my husband in 1972. We both grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, and quickly traveled to different cities because of work. As beautiful of a city as Victoria is, it was quite limited and there just wasn’t enough work for us there, we managed to find a lot more work in different cities.

I grew up with hippy parents, not the pot-smoking, government hating kind, but the real hippies that knit their own clothes, grow their own food and live on the grid. I don’t mean to ‘dis’ modern hippies as I think they have the right idea and I am excited to see where modern hippies take the world, but I feel there is a certain level of care towards the label as opposed to what they actually stand for.

So, That’s pretty much me. I couldn’t be happier. If you want to learn more about me or my husband feel free to visit our contact page.
